OneKindMedia licenses music and builds sonic identities. That work touches your catalogue, your earnings and your clients. This page explains exactly what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

We collect information you provide directly — your name, email, billing details, and any catalogue metadata you upload. We also collect technical data such as IP address, device type, browser, and usage events when you interact with our services.
Your information is used to operate the OneKindMedia services, issue licences and pay rights-holders, deliver our sync and sonic branding work, respond to support requests, and improve product performance.
Audio files, ISRCs, ISWCs, and rights metadata you upload remain yours. We process them only to run the catalogue — search and sync matching, licence issuing, and royalty statements to rights-holders — and never sell your catalogue data to third parties.
We share data only with vetted infrastructure providers (hosting, payments, email delivery), with collaborators you explicitly invite, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
We use first-party cookies for authentication and minimal analytics tooling to understand how the product is used in aggregate. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser at any time.
Account and catalogue data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 24 months for accounting and legal purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time, subject to obligations we must keep on file (e.g., tax and royalty records).
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@okm.ltd and we'll respond within 30 days.
OneKindMedia operates internationally. Where data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage strong passwords and two-factor authentication on your account.
Our services are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy as our services grow or laws change. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
